Hi, I’m Regina (aka mtbVegan) and I live in Chicago, IL a transplant from Milwaukee, WI…riding bikes, cooking vegan food, and enjoying life to the fullest. Back in January 2008 I decided to become vegan after being vegetarian for the 9 years prior. It started out simply to be healthy and now it is much more about my compassion for animals and the environment.
