FFV – Skinny Figgy Bars
I made Fat Free Vegan’s Skinny Figgy Bars. I love Fig Newmans (the wheat and dairy free version are vegan) and I thought I could totally make my own and they’d be just as yummy, so I found this recipe and decided to try it. I like how the dough is all oats and not a flour dough, it adds a nice texture to it. I did test them out on a friend of mine and he seemed to really like (thanks for taste tasting my food Christopher).
