Strawberry Cupcakes from JoVB, but I topped mine with Chocolate Ganche.
Rugelach from JoVB as well…I got tons of compliments on these, they seemed to be a real crowd pleaser. I used apricot jam on mine.



I even made my own ranch dressing for the veggie tray!


For the ranch dressing I used 1/3 cup silken tofu, 1/2 cup vegan sour cream, 1/3 cup rice milk, and then added about a tsp or so of Dill, Garlic Powder, Basil, Salt, and Fresh Pepper.
