Last weekend I had the pleasure of completing my first century ride (you know, 100 miles on the bike). Call me insane, as some people have, because as my friend said I picked the hillist route to complete this task on. But I was rewarded with some yummy Thai food in Madison, Wisconsin… The restaurant was selected by Tim Bates who lives just down the street…
And my riding friend Russell and I just couldn’t say no to Thai food..heck after 100 miles I just couldn’t say no to food!
We started out with a coconut soup with tofu, flippin’ awesome.
Then my appetizer came with this cucumber salad which was pretty darn tasty
I opted for the fried tofu appetizer
And then some veggies in bean sauce with white rice…I ate the whole plate.
Ah, food is good.
