Travel – MKE – Cafe Manna

Saturday night The BF & I did Date Night! We headed to Cafe Manna to indulge in green eats!image

We started with the soup of the day: Roasted Butternut Squash with toast nuts/seeds. It was so tasy, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness.

imageI went for the daily specials menu and got the Champignon Burger – which is a mushroom burger with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and rosemary aioli, with a side of roasted potatoes. The BF & I both loved this dish.

imageThe BF got the Island Skewers – Marinated Veggies & Tofu with a sweet & spicy citrus teriyaki sauce over macadamia jasmine rice. It was a great dish, although The BF would have preferred more sauce…he likes his condiments.
imageDessert was the Chocolate BErry Tort…new I say more? No, it rocked.
