Cooking My Way Through

As noted on my 30 Things For My 30’s list, I want to cook my way through all my favorite Cookbooks. I decided to start economically and work through Vegan On The Cheap.

My goal is to cook 2 recipes a week, since the serving sizes are typically between 4-8 this will all work well for me to have a few options for lunch and dinner during a given week. Then I can fill in with a few other items I like to eat when the supplies run low. I’m excited to try this out and hopefully you’ll enjoy seeing all the recipes!
