I recently bought Vegan Brunch and decided to make some of the delicious sounding scones…I created my own from their base recipe…doubled it and added a bag of frozen cherries, 1 tsp cinnamon, and a tsp almond extract too. These I will take to my teams race this weekend to feed some hungry workers. I had one today, it was awesome.
Then I made one batch of the apple rosemary scones, wow, these rock. My roommate Angela thought so too. I had one for breakfast, I love the taste and see more of these in my future!
