I made the Curried Tempeh and Mango Salad Sammies from Vegan With A Vengance this past weekend…and here is is in full pita stuffed glory. It is awesome! Super easy to make, tastes amazing, and is totally addicting!
VI also ate the awesome pita with some brussels and asparagus…side of blueberry apple sauce, because that rocks too.
For Thanksgiving I made the Vegan with a Vengence Pumpkin Seed Crusted Tofu….it was wonderful…
